Province:
Xizang (Tibet)

Glacial till

Relationships and Distribution

Lower contact

Unknown contact with the underlying strata. Carboniferous column for Kangma implies next older formation is the Polinpo Fm

Upper contact

Conformable contact with the overlying Bilong Fm

Regional extent

Distributed in the area of the Kangma County. The Zadari Conglomerate Member of the Jilong Fm in the Dingri area (Yin Jixiang, Guo Shizeng, 1974) is concordant with the formation both in its lithology and stratigraphic horizon => glaciomarine deposits.
